This toolkit provides background on why and how the UPR has been effective for LGBTI issues. It highlights how the UPR has led to tangible change, such as with gender identity laws. It provides advice and guidance on how LGBTI activists specifically can advocate at each stage of the process, but doesn’t give an analysis on LBT+ people specifically.
